It's difficult for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The greatest achievements have been successfully scaled.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with six more T20 titles, and previously enjoyed 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, the ones sought by the record chasers, are the only things left for a team that has won it all.

That it took up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, taking back their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

It is hard for their batters to hold a record if not afforded the chance.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I am glad we have the belief to do that now," continued Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we believe we can succeed."

These statements will be the ultimate thing rival teams at this tournament want to hear.

In recent days a belief they will triumph from any situation has become more firm - this victory coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite sitting at 76-7 at one stage.
